Are the autographs authentic?
Yes. All autographs are authenticated by trusted third parties such as ACOA, JSA, PSA, and Beckett where applicable.
What is a chase item?
A chase item is a premium framed autograph prize. Some Mystery CD packages include a physical card with a unique redemption code.
What are my chances of getting a chase?
This release has 10 Red Redemptions in 200 Mystery CDs. Odds are not a guarantee. Chase items are limited and not included in every package.
Will I receive a duplicate artist?
It is possible. Mystery packs are random. Duplicates cannot be exchanged.
How does the redemption work?
If your Mystery CD includes a Red Redemption, you'll find a unique code card inside. Visit our Redemption page, enter your code, then complete Shopify checkout. Prize shipping is free. Each code can only be used once.
How much is shipping?
Mystery CD shipping is calculated at checkout. Red Redemption prizes check out at $0 with free shipping when you use a valid code.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing and transit times vary. Checkout and your order confirmation show the available options for your address.
Do you ship internationally?
US shipping is available. International shipping can be added later in Shopify.
Can I return or exchange my mystery CD?
No. All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges on Mystery CDs.
